OPTIMIZE SLOW COMPUTERS
Do you like this story?
Cleaner (formerly known as "Crap Cleaner") is a freeware system optimisation tool. That removes unused and temporary files from your system - allowing your system run faster, smoother more efficiently and giving you more hard disk space.
This application finds and removes junk from different most commonly used applications such as;
Internet Explorer, Firefox, Microsoft Office, Google Earth, Spybot and Windows Media Player etc..
You can choose exactly what you want it to focus on by ticking or unticking the various choices on offer. It's unlikely to delete anything it shouldn't but it's worth reviewing the list of items it finds before removing them, just to be on the safe side.
The best part is that it's fast (usually taking less that a second to load and run).
The program also has a built-in Registry checker, which can fix and find errors in Windows. This is quite cautious, so it shouldn't cause you problems, and CCleaner will offer to back up the Registry before making any changes anyway. You can choose which parts of the database to scan and which to ignore.
Impressively the Tools section includes a handy uninstaller and a startup manager for configuring which programs and services start with Windows.
CCleaner is definitely a handy program to have in one's system utility collection.
It provides a level of discriminate system cleaning that Windows operating system doesn't provide, and even though some of CCleaner's capabilities are built into Windows or the host applications, CCleaner still saves time by providing a centralized access to perform all these tasks with just few easy clicks.

According to me, It is probably one of the fastest and most effective optimizing tool available !
